  6. This License represents the entire agreement about use of the 3D-BattleShip game.

  8. 1. 3D-BattleShip game is a Shareware program, so you can try-before-buy it. 
  9. You may use this program free for 14 days. In order to use 3D-BattleShip after 
  10. the trial period you must register the game. Registration fee is $9.95 US. 
  11.  
  12. To register your copy:
  13.    1)Connect to our website, click Order to open the "Order" page and press 
  14. "Buy Now" to connect to ShareIt's secure website where you can enter your 
  15. payment information.
  16.    2)After you purchase, you will be provided with an individual "unlock code" 
  17. via e-mail, which you used when purchasing the program.
  18.    3)Enter the registration data with the "unlock code" at the Registration window. 
  19. To open this window click "Register" under "Game" menu.

  21. IT'S A ONE TIME PAYMENT AND AS A REGISTERED USER YOU'LL GET ALL FUTURE 
  22. VERSIONS OF THAT PRODUCT FOR FREE.

  25. 2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS:
  26. You may not:
  27.    1) modify, rent, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or transfer the
  28.        licensed program, or any part of the licensed program
  29.    2) distribute copies of the Software
  30.    3) transfer rights to the Software
  31.    4) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
  32.    5) use this program or any part of this program in products or projects or any 
  33.       application that generate revenues in any way, directly or indirectly.

  35. 3. NO WARRANTY; NO LIABILITY. 
  36. 3D-BattleShip and accompanying files are distributed "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF 
  37. ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE 
  38. RISK OF USING THE PROGRAM. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA 
  39. LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING 
  40. OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  42. 4. TERMINATION. The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply 
  43. with the limitations described in this Agreement. On termination, you must destroy 
  44. all copies of the Software.
